Orison Rudolph Aggrey
Orison Rudolph Aggrey (born July 24, 1926) in Salisbury, North Carolina, was a United States Ambassador to Senegal, Gambia and Romania. He was also known as O. Rudolph Aggrey.

He graduated in 1946 from Hampton Institute and received his Master's degree from Syracuse University in 1948.
In 1977, President Jimmy Carter nominated Aggrey to be Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the U.S. to Romania.
Aggrey is a member of Alpha Phi Alpha fraternity.
